i loved the details throughout the room, it felt very authentic and high-quality. there were beautiful kimonos provided for use in the room, i enjoyed the surprise of matcha cakes upon my late return to the hotel as it was my birthday. they even gave us an umbrella when it rained, which i found considerate.
the shower was good, but it was a bit difficult to use. this was because i needed to keep body and hair products away from the cedar tub, it was right alongside it!

i really hated that the tv didnt work properly. they gave us a fire stick, it didnt fit the hdmi socket, so it was useless. location was like a long walk from everything, which i found pretty annoying after a days travel.
